  • JBN Creators Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for missed deadlines caused by client-side delays.

7. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND SERVICES

  • Certain projects may require third-party integrations (hosting, plugins, software, licenses, etc.).

  • Any costs or issues related to such third-party services are the sole responsibility of the client and subject to their respective terms.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all concepts, designs, code, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of JBN Creators Pvt. Ltd. until the project is fully paid for.

  • Upon full payment, ownership rights may be transferred to the client as per agreement.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • JBN Creators Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. TERMINATION

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client breaches these Terms.

  • Clients may also terminate services subject to conditions stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JBN Creators Pvt. Ltd., its employees, and associates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your use of our services, breach of Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
