1. Cancellations
- Before Service Commencement:
Cancellation requests will be accepted if made within 24 hours of placing the order and before our team has begun working on the project or allocated resources. In such cases, a full refund may be provided. - After Service Commencement:
Once the service delivery has started (including research, planning, resource allocation, or execution), cancellations will not be possible. However, if there are special circumstances, we may review the request on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refunds
- Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable only if:- The service has not been initiated.
- There is a verified deficiency in the service delivered by us.
- The service delivered is entirely different from what was promised/committed at the time of order.
- Non-Eligibility:
- No refunds will be issued for partially completed services or services already delivered.
- Refunds will not be provided if delays or issues occur due to incomplete information, customer non-cooperation, or third-party dependencies.
- Custom work, consultancy hours, and digital deliverables once initiated or delivered are non-refundable.
- Processing Timeline:
Approved refunds will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to banking/payment gateway timelines.
3. Service Issues & Complaints
- Customers must report dissatisfaction or quality issues to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of service delivery.
- Our team will investigate the concern and may offer:
- A service re-execution or revision, if feasible.
- A partial refund, if significant service gaps are identified.
- All complaints will be carefully reviewed to ensure fair resolution.
4. Third-Party Services
- Certain services may involve third-party vendors, tools, hosting providers, or software subscriptions. Refunds and cancellations related to these will follow the respective vendor’s policies.
- JBN CREATORS PRIVATE LIMITED cannot guarantee refunds in cases where third-party costs have already been incurred on behalf of the client.
5. Disputes
- In case of disputes, JBN CREATORS PRIVATE LIMITED’s decision will be final after due investigation. Customers may escalate issues formally by writing to our Customer Service email.
